Westfall, Helen I. Plummer Hoffman - Helen I. Westfall, 79, Kansas City, died Tuesday, March 2, 1993 at her home in Kansas City.
She was married to Fred Hoffman, who preceded her in death. She then married Lane Westfall, who also preceded her in death.
Mrs Westfall was a graduate of Burlington Junction High School.
She was a teacher and member of the Hillside Christian Church, Kansas City.
Survivors include one son, Max Hoffman, Holt; one brother, Harlan Plummer, Maryville and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held after 5 pm Thursday at Barr-Merrick Chapel, Burlington Junction.
There will be a service held Thursday at 1 pm at the Hillside Christian Church, Kansas City.
Local services will be held at 10:30 am Friday at Barr-Merrick Chapel, Burlington Junction.
Burial will be at Ohio Cemetery, Burlington Junction.

Westfall, Marjorie Louise Goode - Services for Marjorie Louise Goode Westfall, 78, Tigard, Ore., were held Monday, May 1, 1995, at the Portland Memorial Sunset Chapel, Portland, Ore.
Ms Westfall died Apr 28, 1995, in Tirgard, Ore.
Born Feb 16, 1917, in Plankinton, S.D., she was a homemaker.
She married Ralph N. Westfall, Aug 24, 1940 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who precedes her in death.
Ms Westfall had lived in the Beaverton, Ore., area since 1948.
Survivors include five sons, Gary Westfall of Hillsboro, Ore., Donald Westfall of Beaverton, Ore., and Ralph L. Westfall of Portland, Ore., Bruce Westfall of Portland, Ore; one daughter, Beverly Betzer of Bend, Ore; one brother, Donald Goode of Council Bluffs, Iowa; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Inurnment was in the Portland Memorial Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Services were under the direction of Portland Memorial, Inc., Portland.

Westfall, Viola E. - Viola E. Westfall, 86, Kansas City in Platte County, died April 26, 1992, at a hospital. Services were April 30 at the Ansbers-West Chapel, Toledo, Ohio; burial in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Toledo. The family suggests contributions to the Dream Factory. Mrs Westfall was born in Toledo and moved to Kansas City in 1976. Survivors include two sons, Donald Westfall, Mount Arab, Ohio, and James Westfall, Liberty Center, Ohio; a daughter Jean Morgan of the home; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Weathermon, Caroline A. -
Mrs. Caroline Weathermon Of Near Guilford, Dies
Mrs. Caroline A. Weathermon, age 83, a resident of Nodaway county for sixty years, died at 9 o'clock this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Chesley McGeorge, five miles northeast of Guilford, with whom she made her home for several years. Mrs. Weathermon had been ill three months.
The funeral has not been definitely arranged. However, it will be held at the Guilford Methodist Church and burial will be in the Weathermon Cemetery at Guilford.
Mrs. Weathermon was born in Andrew County, MO. She was the widow of the late Thomas M.S. Weathermon.
Surviving, besides the daughter at whose home she died, are two other daughters, Mrs. William McGeorge, Loveland, Colo., and Mrs. David Laughlin, Youngstown, Alberta, Can.; three sons, Albert Weathermon, Bridgeport, Ore., Ray Weathermon, Clyde, and Carl Weathermon, Guilford; a sister, Mrs. Charles Holland, Crawfordsville, Ore.; a brother, John Bell, Hazen, N.D.; twenty-seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family is expecting Mr. Bell to come from Hazen to attend the services.

Wiles, Marcella M. O'Day - Marcella M. Wiles 82, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died January 15th in Hiawatha, Iowa. She was born in Maryille, Missouri, September 6th, 1927 to Thomas J. Tobin and Edna M. O’Day. She graduated from Mount St. Scholastica High School, Atchison, Kansas. On July 31st 1948 in St. Joseph, Missouri, she married Richard W. Wiles who preceded her in death after 61 years of marriage.
She is survived by 5 children: sons, Richard C. Wiles and wife Lynette, Jefferson City, Missouri: Douglas W. Wiles and wife Leslie, Redfield, Iowa; daughters, Linda J. Wiles and husband Mike Quist, Melanie R. Stoecker and her husband Rod, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Jennifer D. Witt and husband Mike, Powell, Ohio; ten grandchildren: Rich, Sam, Martha, and Truman Wiles, Kelli and Ryan Jennings, Derek, Bryant, and Tara Witt, and Brian Stoecker; 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by 3 brothers, Phil, Larry, and Jerry Tobin, Maryville, Missouri. Her sister Thelma Moyer and brother Kenneth Tobin preceded her in death.
Marcella worked for 18 years for the Farmers Home Administration in Maryville. She was a fabulous homemaker. She delighted in preparing meals for whomever Dick happened to bring home with him for supper. She was famous for her cinnamon rolls and fruit pies and nothing gave her more pleasure than taking them to friends. She always had hot cookies and milk waiting when her kids came home from school. She was an expert seamstress making the wedding dresses for all 3 of her daughters. She could be found late at night bent over her sewing machine making dresses, blazers, mini skirts, or even costumes for sorority or fraternity theme parties.
Marcella was a member of the St. Gregory's Catholic Church, Maryville, and the P.E.O., Chapter K.P., Maryville.
She was very proud of her Irish heritage and her trip to Ireland in 2003 was one of the highlights of her life. She had a deep and abiding devotion to her Catholic faith.
Marcella has been cremated, her Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at the St. Gregory's Catholic Church. Inurnment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Maryville. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made to St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, Maryville, Missouri.
